  • All proceeds from the Craft Beer Festival will benefit the educational programs of the Elmhurst History Museum and Churchville Schoolhouse. To learn more about the Elmhurst Heritage Foundation, please visit www.elmhurstheritagefoundation.org.

  • General Admission - includes a 3 oz. commemorative tasting glass, 18 drink tickets, live music, and light snacks.

    Early Entry - enjoys entry to the Festival an hour earlier in addition to all the same benefits as the General Admission tickets. Limited Early Entry tickets are sold, so these individuals can sample special release beers, avoid long lines, and visit the most popular booths to mingle with brewery representatives.

    Designed Driver - include a non-alcoholic beer option, soda, water, and light snacks.

  • Ticket prices will be announced closer to the date of the event. Check back for more information!

  • Advanced ticket purchases are highly encouraged. A limited number of early, general admission and designated driver tickets will be available for sale at the gate. 

  • Valid drivers license, state-issued ID, military ID, or passport.

  • Some snacks will be provided. Additional food will be available for purchase. We highly encourage you to visit some of the great dining locations in and around the Elmhurst downtown area, especially our sponsors! No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the fest.

  • This event is strictly for those 21+. For safety, children, including infants in strollers and carriers, are not permitted.

  • We welcome all volunteers over the age of 21 interested in helping us create an exciting fest experience. Volunteers are asked to fill various roles at the fest. Email us at: volunteer@elmhurstcraftbeerfest.com.

  • The event entrance is located at the northeast corner of the Elmhurst History Museum on a sidewalk path. All tents are located on parking lot surfaces accessible via standard curb cutouts. The stage opens up onto a grassy lawn. Bathroom facilities include an accessible portable toilet option. Additional ADA bathroom facilities are located within the Education Center.     Service dogs are welcome!

    This event can be crowded at peak times, especially in the beer tent areas.

    All bags are subject to be searched.

  • We highly encourage public transit, ride share services, the Explore Elmhurst Trolley, or the Elmhurst Pedi Cab to fest attendees. For designated drivers, parking is available on streets around the Elmhurst History Museum, along the Metra tracks, and in parking garages throughout downtown Elmhurst.

  • All ticket sales are final. The event will go on, rain or shine!

  • Kids: This event is strictly 21+. Children, including infants in strollers and carriers, are not permitted.

    Dogs: We love dogs, but for safety, dogs are not allowed at the event. ADA service dogs accompanying a person with a disability are permitted.

    Beer: Only beer served at the event is permitted. Please do not bring outside food or drinks.

    Chair: There are picnic tables for seating, but you are welcome to bring a chair to enjoy our live music on the lawn. All bags and large objects are subject to be searched.

Attendees of the Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest (the “Festival”) may be filmed, photographed, and recorded at the Festival. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Festival, you agree to release and waive any rights associated with the resulting photographs, video recordings, or other electronic reproductions of you (“images”). You further agree that such images may be used for any purpose without inspection, compensation, or any other consideration, including but not limited to being used for promotions associated with the Elmhurst History Museum, Elmhurst Heritage Foundation, and Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest.
